‘Arsenal to sack Mikel Arteta tonight’ – Fans implode after PSG defeat
Arsenal fans are furious enough with Mikel Arteta to immediately part ways with the manager before the 2024/25 campaign finishes.
The Gunners are without any silverware since lifting the FA Cup during the 2024/25 campaign, which happened to be the Spaniard’s first season in charge at the Emirates Stadium.
Since then, performances have grown and developed on the pitch, but his team are still no closer to getting their hands on another trophy, and supporters are becoming impatient.
Arsenal fans have made their feelings known about Arteta before, with the manager heading into the Champions League semi-final second-leg under immense pressure, and that is only going to increase.

Arsenal knocked out of Champions League by PSG
Having been defeated 1-0 in the first leg, the Gunners travelled to the Parc des Princes with slim hopes of overturning the tie against the Ligue 1 champions, and it was not long before they were hit by a blow.
Fabian Ruiz opened the scoring after just 27 minutes, with PSG going further ahead in the 72nd minute thanks to Achraf Hakimi, sending the Parc des Princes into pandemonium.
A Bukayo Saka goal sparked a slight positive sign for the London club, but with little support from his Arsenal teammates, especially Martin Odegaard, it was too little too late for the travelling fans.
They will turn their attention back to the Premier League, but with Pep Guardiola‘s Man City likely to finish above them in the Premier League table despite their dismal season, fans have had enough.
Mikel Arteta on the ropes as chance for silverware is squandered
One supporter has suggested that Stan Kroenke will spare no time sacking Arteta, with another stating that Arsenal must get rid of the manager if they want any hope of winning the Premier League title.
The introduction of Andrea Berta to the transfer team at the Emirates Stadium has offered a lot of hope ahead of the summer transfer window, but Arteta might not be around to experience his work.
Voices from the supporters are quickly growing, and despite at least a top-three finish in the Premier League and a Champions League semi-final, fans will not quieten down before a decision is made, with one insisting that if Arsenal are a “serious club” the manager would be sent packing “tonight”.
