Liverpool were forced to settle for a point against Everton in the final Merseyside Derby at Goodison Park. The Reds had the opportunity to extend their lead at the top of the table to nine points with a win but missed out thanks to a stoppage time equaliser from the Blues.

The Reds trailed in the first half after Beto opened the scoring for the Blues at Goodison Park. Alexis Mac Allister soon equalised for Liverpool to restore parity in the latest instalment of the Merseyside Derby going into the half-time interval.

Mohamed Salah gave Liverpool the lead in the second half, but the game ended in dramatic style with James Tarkowski equalising for Everton in the final minutes of stoppage time. The result leaves the Reds with a seven-point lead over Arsenal in second place in the table and no longer have a game in hand.

Here, the ECHO takes a look at Liverpool’s upcoming Premier League fixtures compared to Arsenal and their rivals.
