Spotted: PSG fan uses never-seen-before tactic to distract Liverpool players

Fair or not?

A Paris Saint-Germain fan found an unusual way to disrupt Liverpool players during their Champions League penalty shootout on Tuesday, raising questions about stadium security.

The Reds had entered the match with a 1–0 advantage, but PSG equalised early through Ousmane Dembele, forcing extra time and eventually penalties.

Gianluigi Donnarumma saved efforts from Darwin Nunez and Curtis Jones, helping PSG progress while Liverpool fans were left fuming.

The controversy stemmed from a PSG supporter behind the goal who used a megaphone to blare siren noises and shout as Liverpool players stepped up for their spot-kicks.

Many Reds fans took to social media, questioning how the fan was allowed to do this, with one saying it was ‘enough to put anybody off their game’.

Surprisingly, stadium stewards wearing earmuffs did not intervene, further frustrating supporters.
