This season, the Champions League winner has started a mere 11 games in the Bundesliga and over the years, his fitness has restricted him from being universally regarded as one of the best players in the world.

Furthermore, Andrea Berta should also be discouraged by Coman’s output — as he is yet to score 10 goals in all competitions throughout his time at Bayern Munich — which should be a red flag for an Arsenal side that is in dire need of goalscorers in their frontline.

Florian Plettenberg revealed that as things stand, Arsenal remain the most “concrete option” for the former Juventus wideman — despite Bayern apparently offering Coman to Tottenham Hotspur as well.
