Liverpool preparing €40m move for Bayern’s Kingsley Coman as Arsenal and Spurs also interested – reports

Liverpool are preparing to step up their interest in Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman, with a summer move possible as the France international considers a new challenge.

According to CaughtOffside, Coman is assessing his future at the Allianz Arena, where he is no longer a regular starter. With two years left on his contract, the 28-year-old could be available for around €40m. The winger has attracted interest not only from the Premier League, but also from Saudi Arabia, where clubs are reportedly willing to make big-money offers.

Liverpool appear to be leading the race at this stage, with Arsenal and Tottenham also monitoring the situation. The Reds are keen to freshen up their forward options, particularly if Diogo Jota departs. The Portugal international is believed to be available for the right price and is attracting attention from Saudi Pro League clubs.

Coman, who famously scored the winner in the 2020 Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain, has enjoyed a decorated career with major trophies in Germany, Italy and France, including eight Bundesliga titles. Though no longer a first-choice starter, he remains an experienced and valuable attacking option.

His ability to play across the front line makes him a strong candidate to replace Jota, should the Portuguese forward leave. While Arsenal remain interested and Spurs are also in the mix, Liverpool are understood to be the most likely club to make a concrete offer.
