BREAKING NEWS ‼️Arsenal ‘In Talks’ to Sign £205,000-a-Week ‘World-Class Superstar’

Arsenal have made contact with Rodrygo ahead of a potentially stunning move in the summer transfer window, according to TBR Football.

It has been another “nearly” season for Arsenal, who look set to finish second in the Premier League for a third consecutive campaign, only behind Liverpool in 2025 rather than Manchester City as in seasons prior. Not only that, but the Gunners suffered exits from both of the domestic cups.

As such, all hopes of winning silverware were pinned on the Champions League. Arsenal stunned Real Madrid in the quarter-finals but were beaten 3-0, across two legs, by Paris Saint-Germain in the semi-finals, meaning that Mikel Arteta is yet to add to the 2019 FA Cup that he won with the Gunners.

Unsurprisingly, the North London side already have an eye on the transfer window which is fast approaching. According to reports, they are set to make a sensational move.

Arsenal Want Rodrygo

Numerous clubs interested in Madrid star

Arsenal have, as per TBR Football, made contact with Real Madrid about the availability of Rodrygo. The Brazilian moved to Madrid from Santos in 2019 and since then, has become an established and important part of the club’s first team, particularly under the guidance of Carlo Ancelotti. Rodrygo has been dubbed a “world-class superstar” on social media for his displays with Los Blancos.

It can be easy to forget that Rodrygo, who is on £205,000 per week according to Capology, is still just 24 years old, given how long he has been a first-team player for Madrid. The arrival of Kylian Mbappe in 2024, however, has seen the Brazilian start to assess his future, with consistent minutes no longer guaranteed after the Frenchman moved to the Spanish capital.

Ancelotti’s future at Madrid is in doubt and it may be that, under a potential successor, Rodrygo regains consistent minutes. As it stands, however, the winger is open to exploring potential options. Arsenal, of course, already have Bukayo Saka to play on the right wing, but should a deal for a player of Rodrygo’s ability be doable, then it may prove impossible to ignore.
