Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool and plenty of clubs across the country will be ramping up their transfer business in the coming weeks, as the 2025/26 season edges closer. Viktor Gyokeres remains under heavy transfer scrutiny, with both United and Arsenal still linked to the striker, meanwhile, Liverpool are said to be eyeing up a move for Marc Guehi.
Chelsea are another side who aren’t wasting any time in the market, with Jamie Gittens and Joao Pedro expected to become the latest additions in the attacking department at Stamford Bridge. It’s a blow for Newcastle United, who had been keeping tabs on Pedro, and could face a battle to keep hold of star striker Alexander Isak.
Bayern Munich hold talks with Luis Diaz
Bayern Munich have made a ‘concrete approach’ to sign Liverpool star Luis Diaz.
According to BILD, Bayern sporting director Max Eberl has held talks with the winger as he continues to consider his future on Merseyside.
During talks, ‘specific figures’ were discussed as the German giants looked to strike an agreement over personal terms with Diaz.
Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr are continuing to monitor the situation closely.
Chelsea eye surprise move for Championship goalkeeper
Chelsea are reportedly eyeing a fifth goalkeeper, with Leicester City star Mads Hermansen coming under consideration.
According to the Daily Mail, Leicester’s Hermansen is attracting interest from the Blues, and he is likely to be on the move this summer following his side’s relegation to the Championship.
West Ham are also keen on the Danish shot-stopper, though they have also reportedly been offered Robert Sanchez by Chelsea during early discussion for Mohammed Kudus.
Gyokeres ‘agrees’ Arsenal contract
Viktor Gyokeres has reportedly agreed to sign a five-year contract with Arsenal.
Sacha Tavolieri reports that the Gunners are now in ‘advanced talks’ to sign the Sweden international and there is confidence that an agreement is in sight.
Gyokeres is said to have agreed to pen a long-term contract at the Emirates Stadium, with Arsenal fully focused on acquiring his services and thus cooling their interest in RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko.

Man Utd and Tottenham handed transfer blow
Bournemouth have announced that Antoine Semenyo has extended his contract with the club.
The Ghana international was heavily linked with a £70million move away from the Vitality Stadium this summer, with Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham among his suitors.
However, Semenyo has opted to put pen to paper on a five-year deal with the Cherries in a major sign of intent from Andoni Iraola’s side.
Four clubs keen to sign Chelsea youngster
Four clubs are reportedly set to battle it out to sign Chelsea youngster Ishe Samuels-Smith.
According to Football.London, Sunderland, Stoke City, Middlesbrough and Rangers have all held talks with the Blues to discuss the 19-year-old.
Chelsea are open to allowing Samuels-Smith to depart for regular first team experience, with his next move set to be decided in the coming weeks.

Manchester United eye Hakan Calhanoglu
Manchester United have reportedly shown interest in signing Inter Milan star Hakan Calhanoglu.
According to SportsMediaset and DAZN reporter Orazio Accomando, the Red Devils have made contact with the representatives of the playmaker to register an interest in acquiring his services.
Galatasaray were previously leading the race to sign the Turkey international, but they feel they have been priced out of a move as it stands, with Inter demanding £34million to part ways with the 31-year-old.
Fulham have also made contact with the midfielder, and he is not short of interest from the Saudi Pro League either.
Hakan Calhanoglu is attracting interest from around Europe
Forest swoop to strike Malick Fofana agreement
Nottingham Forest have reached an agreement with Lyon for Malick Fofana, reports Fabrizio Romano.
The winger has been heavily linked with a move away from France this summer, with Chelsea and Liverpool both cited as being among his suitors.
Fofana is yet to agree on terms with Forest at this stage as he is waiting for Champions League sides to make their approach.
Arsenal announce the signing of Kepa
Arsenal have announced the signing of goalkeeper Kepa from Chelsea.
The Gunners have activated the £5million release clause in the Spaniard’s contract.
Speaking upon putting pen to paper with Arsenal, Kepa said: “I’m really, really happy to be here, really excited and looking forward to what is coming.“The ambition that is shown in this club, when I talk with Mikel [Arteta] and Inaki [Cana], how much they show me their desire to win… I think we are so close to winning and, hopefully, altogether, we can achieve it.”
Liverpool ‘working on signing’ of Hugo Ekitike
Liverpool are reportedly ‘working on’ a move that could see Hugo Ekitike move to the club this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Premier League champions have earmarked Ekitike as a potential alternative to Alexander Isak.
Speaking on YouTube, Fabrizio Romano said: “Liverpool are working on this deal, they are discussing the possibility of adding Hugo Ekitike to their squad.
“The idea of Liverpool is to have one more striker, they are waiting to understand what happens with Darwin Nunez with conversations ongoing with Napoli.
“Liverpool can add a new striker, so Hugo Ekitike remains a name on the list for the club.”
Eberechi Eze told to snub Arsenal move in favour of north London rivals
One former Premier League boss has urged Eberechi Eze to say no to an Arsenal move and instead push for a switch to Tottenham.
Speaking on talkSPORT, ex-Newcastle United and Palace boss Alan Pardew said: “My Arsenal friends, all June (said) if they get the right number nine, they’ve got a great chance of winning the league and I do agree with that.
“Would Eze take them nearer to that title? Possibly but I think they’ve got enough quality with everybody there… I think he should go to Spurs if he leaves the great Crystal Palace.”
