Mikel Arteta could stick with the same Arsenal team that thrashed PSV Eindhoven when the Gunners face Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.

 

Arsenal became the first team in the Champions League history to score seven goals in away knockout match when they won 7-1 in Holland on Tuesday.

 

Arteta may look to rest players for the second leg of the last-16 tie next week, but he will go strong at Old Trafford.

 

The Arsenal boss could name an unchanged side as he has no fresh injury concerns from the PSV win.

 

If Arteta is to make changes, then defence would be the most likely place for him to do so.

 

Riccardo Calafiori impressed off the bench against PSV and could come into the team at left-back over Myles Lewis-Skelly.

 

Ben White is also yet to start a game after returning from injury last month and is an option at right-back in place of Jurrien Timber.

 

Arsenal have been carefully managing White’s minutes after he had knee surgery in November and so he may be on the bench again.
