GORDON MAKES IT TWO!
A huge goal!
Murphy finds Isak in the area with a really smart pass. The ball is slightly under the striker’s feet yet he manages to dig out a shot.
Raya stretches to his right to parry the effort although Gordon is on the move at the back post to tap in the rebound.
Arsenal have it all to do and we’re only 51 minutes into the first leg!
GOAL! Arsenal 0-1 Newcastle (Isak, 37)
HE JUST CAN’T STOP SCORING!
Dubravka pumps a long free-kick to the edge of the Arsenal box where Botman flicks it on.
Arsenal let the ball drop and Murphy accidentally bundles it through for Isak, who slots in off the underside of the crossbar to send the away supporters wild.
Isak is in red-hot form – that’s his 10th goal in nine games!
Havertz returns and Odegaard starts as Arteta makes changes
Kai Havertz returns to Arsenal’s starting line-up after missing the last two games due to illness. He takes the place of Gabriel Jesus in one of five changes from Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Brighton but it’s a strong selection from Mikel Arteta.
Havertz will be flanked by Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard in attack, Martin Odegaard also starting having only been fit enough to play as a substitute at the Amex Stadium.
Jurrien Timber returns from suspension at right-back, with Myles Lewis-Skelly getting the nod at left-back.
Riccardo Calafiori, Jorginho, Mikel Merino drop to the bench, while Ethan Nwaneri misses out through injury. Raheem Sterling is back among the substitutes following an injury.
Jack Porter, 16, is back-up goalkeeper with Neto cup-tied and Tommy Setford injured.
Bukayo Saka, meanwhile, remains a longer-term absentee.
Willock replaces suspended Guimaraes
Newcastle have made one change from their 2-1 win at Tottenham with Joe Willock replacing the suspended Bruno Guimaraes.
Willock comes into the midfield alongside Joelinton and Sandro Tonali.
Sven Botman, who made his first appearance since March in the win at Spurs, continues at centre-back alongside Dan Burn.
Fabian Schar is suspended while Emil Krafth, Callum Wilson, Jamaal Lascelles and Nick Pope are out injured.
Martin Dubravka deputises in goal once more.
