The Gunners have already confirmed deals for Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard with another trio looking likely to seal transfers this month.
Noni Madueke is the first of those after an agreement with Chelsea was finalised last week. Viktor Gyokeres is on the verge of joining after a huge breakthrough in negotiations with Sporting CP was met on Sunday evening. Finally, Cristhian Mosquera is expected to arrive at Emirates Stadium after rejecting two new contracts at Valencia.
Eberechi Eze and Rodrygo are another two players of interest with formal pursuits of either not ruled out. It may first require a sale though, with Leandro Trossard, Gabriel Martinelli, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Gabriel Jesus among the big names that could depart.

Eze swap deal claims
Arsenal could look to offer a player-plus cash deal to sign Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace.
The Gunners are firmly interested in signing the attacking midfielder but currently appear unwilling to activate his £68million release clause.
With alternative payment options likely being looked at, one of those could involve Reiss Nelson joining the Eagles with the Hale End academy graduate keen to remain in London, as per Hand of Arsenal on X.
To avoid any concerns over profit and sustainability rules, it is more likely that deal goes through as two separate transactions.

The eight transfers Arsenal can complete this week
Mikel Arteta looks to have finally got his man. After a summer of rumours and constant speculation, Arsenal have reached an agreement in principle with Sporting CP to sign Viktor Gyokeres.
football.london understands that discussions between the two clubs accelerated over the weekend and Andrea Berta was always optimistic a deal would be done. Gyokeres will likely fly to London in the coming days to complete a medical with Arteta always wanting the new signing to be announced before the squad fly to Singapore on Saturday, July 19.
With that in mind, Gyokeres could be one of potentially three signings announced this week.

More on Mosquera as ‘deal agreed’
A verbal agreement is in place for Cristhian Mosquera to join Arsenal from Valencia, as per transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners have been in talks for the centre-back over the last few weeks and with the deal all but wrapped up, a medical is ready for later this week if all goes to plan.
It has been claimed elsewhere that despite Valencia wanting around £17m, the Gunners have agreed a deal below £15m.

Arsenal arrange medical
Chelsea’s Noni Madueke appears just a few steps away from joining Arsenal for £52million in the summer transfer window.
Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg has claimed that Madueke will undergo a medical to become an Arsenal player on Monday. The report also states that the England international will sign a five-year contract until 2030 to become the newest member of the Gunners squad.
Arsenal are understood to be aiming to complete a deal in time for Madueke to be part of the squad that travels to Singapore for their pre-season tour.
What Mosquera has done to help seal Arsenal transfer
It is perhaps no surprise to see a deal for Cristhian Mosquera to join Arsenal reaching the advanced stages, as per the Athletic, given what the Valencia star has done over the last few weeks.
The Gunners saw their opening bid rejected but ever since then Mosquera has been fully intent on sealing the switch with transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, via YouTube, noting some key details.
Cristhian Mosquera, in a similar situation to Viktor Gyokeres, told Valencia that he will only go to Arsenal.
Valencia offered a new deal twice in recent weeks — no chance, he is not extending. He wants to go to Arsenal, he wants to go now.
Let’s wait for these conversations to continue between Valencia and Arsenal. Mosquera is expected to become a new Arsenal player in the next days.

Eze to Arsenal transfer update
Eberechi Eze is a leading candidate to join Arsenal, according to Football Insider. It’s added that the Gunners are moving closer to agreeing a deal with Crystal Palace for the England international.
Mikel Arteta’s side are willing to meet Eze’s release clause of £68million, but talks are ongoing regarding the structure of the payment. Arsenal are aiming to reduce the upfront settlement and pay the rest in instalments. Eze scored 14 goals and provided 11 assists in 43 matches last season.

Gyokeres transfer latest as flight from Portugal arrives
Viktor Gyokeres could become an Arsenal player this week after a financial agreement was reached with Sporting CP.
The Portuguese champions were demanding £60.1million (€70m) upfront but after his agents reduced their comission fee, a compromise was met at £55million (€63.5m) plus £8.7million (€10m) in add-ons.
To seal the switch, Gyokeres’ camp have arrived in London with the Swede set to follow soon so he can complete a medical, as per transfer guru Fabrizio Romano.

Arsenal transfer recap as triple announcement nears
To start off the new week, it only seems right to delve into a transfer recap of the last fortnight.
The midway point of July is fast approaching and it has been a very busy month for the Gunners. Kepa Arrizabalaga, Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard have all seen moves confirmed and it looks as though at least another three are on the way.
Noni Madueke joining from Chelsea can be considered a done deal with the 23-year-old set to sign his Arsenal contract today. The final details of Viktor Gyokeres’ transfer from Sporting CP are also now being resolved.
Attention is then expected to turn back onto Cristhian Mosquera of Valencia but that may have already happened with David Ornstein of the Athletic reporting that deal is now very advanced.
Eberechi Eze also remains a target with Arsenal’s pursuit of the Crystal Palace star expected to intensify.

Casado deal
Arsenal have made an enquiry for Barcelona talent Marc Casado, according to reports. The Gunners have already signed Martin Zubimendi and Christian Norgaard but they are keen on bringing in a third midfielder, with Casado, 21, a summer transfer target.
While Barcelona are reluctant to sell, they would entertain a sale if they receive an offer around £43million. Casado made 36 appearances in all competitions for Hansi Flick’s side last season.
Next transfer after Gyokeres
After Arsenal complete a deal for Viktor Gyokeres, Mikel Arteta’s side are expected to turn their focus to Valencia centre-back Cristhian Mosquera, according to Fabrizio Romano.
It’s claimed that the 21-year-old only wants the Arsenal project and is keen to make the move to the Emirates Stadium this summer. Mosquera made 41 appearances for Valencia in 2024/25.

Gyokeres bombshell
Arsenal are in the process of finalising a move to sign Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting CP. The 27-year-old has emerged as the club’s top No.9 transfer target after scoring 54 goals and adding 13 assists in 52 matches last season.
Talks have been ongoing with Sporting president Frederico Vandaras, who has been reluctant to accept what Gyokeres believes was a gentleman’s agreement – worth £59million – to leave this summer.
However, Arsenal and Sporting are now growing closer to agreeing a deal, with Mikel Arteta’s side making formal advances over terms to complete the transfer in due course, football.london understands.
Gyokeres has not turned up to pre-season training at Sporting in a bid to force through a move. The Sweden international is desperate to join the Gunners and has agreed a five-year contract.

More on Nwaneri and his future at Arsenal…
According to BBC journalist Sami Mokbel, Arsenal will formally offer Ethan Nwaneri a new contract. The 18-year-old midfielder has been linked with a move to Chelsea this summer, having recently entered the final year of his deal at the Emirates Stadium.
The report claims that the Gunners will either offer Nwaneri a five-year contract or a four-year contract, which includes the option of a further 12 months. It’s said there is growing hope that a deal can be reached, with negotiations reaching an advanced stage…

Gyokeres provides an update on his future
Ironically, on the day that Viktor Gyokeres was due to report for pre-season with Sporting, he spoke to France Football. The Swede, whose contract at the José Alvalade Stadium expires in June 2028, said: “It’s football, you never know.
“I’m not thinking about it, we’ll see what happens. If something is going to happen, it will happen. The most important thing for me is to play for a club that really wants me.”
On the Premier League, Gyokeres said: “It’s one of the biggest leagues in Europe. I spent several years there without being able to play a single match.
“So, of course, it’s something I would like to do. It would be a great revenge…”
Arsenal set Gyokeres deadline
football.london understands that the Gunners want to sign Viktor Gyokeres before they jet off to Singapore later this month. Arsenal are currently working on a deal to secure the Swedish international’s signature, with Andrea Berta expected to reignite negotiations with the Portuguese champions.
Sporting want €70m (£60.5m) for Gyokeres, with €10m (£8.5m) of which payable in add-ons; however, the north Londoners are looking to offer €65m (£56m), with €15m (£13m) in add-ons.
football.london understands that the two clubs have reached an agreement on the total cost of the transfer (€80m/£69m), but the structure of said deal has proven to be an issue.

Newcastle eye Arsenal target
According to The Telegraph, Newcastle United have reignited their interest in Hugo Ekitike as Eddie Howe looks to sign a striker to partner Alexander Isak.
The Eintracht Frankfurt striker, who has a €100m (£86m) release clause, has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League this summer following his impressive performances in the Bundesliga. The report claims that any approach for Ekitike won’t impact Isak’s future at St. James’ Park.
It’s said that the Magpies remain determined to tie the Sweden international down to a new contract, and they have no interest in selling him in this window.

Rodrygo reconsiders his future
According to the Spanish television show El Chiringuito, Chelsea and Arsenal recently approached Rodrygo’s agents to enquire about his availability. The report claims that the Real Madrid winger views London as an ‘attractive destination’.
However, it’s said that the two Premier League clubs face tough competition for his signature. El Chiringuito reckons that Bayern Munich have sent Los Blancos an offer for Rodrygo in light of Jamal Musiala’s injury and Nico Williams’ decision to stay at Athletic Club.
The Brazilian is reportedly reconsidering his future, despite having previously been determined to fight for a place in the starting lineup.

Alexander Isak hope
Arsenal may have just been given fresh hope in their chances of signing Alexander Isak.
The Gunners have been linked with a move for Isak in the past, but have now turned their attention towards Sporting Lisbon striker Viktor Gyokeres instead.
Now it seems that a potential deal by Newcastle could give Arsenal fresh hope that Isak could go on to leave St James’ Park.
