Arsenal must swiftly switch focus back to the Premier League as they take on champions Liverpool at Anfield this afternoon.

The Gunners have been regrouping this week after their devastating Champions League semi-final exit at the hands of Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday.

But there is still business to take care of in the league with a run of poor results ensuring their is still a lot riding on their final three games of the season.

Manchester City have made up ground with Newcastle and Chelsea, in action against either other today, just four points behind.

And while falling out of the Champions League spots is still unlikely, the Gunners will be keen to stop the rot having won just one of their last five league games.

Leandro Trossard and Ethan Nwaneri could come into the side in the forward line after quiet performances from Mikel Merino and Gabriel Martinelli in Paris.

Myles Lewis-Skelly could be rested on Sunday

Riccardo Calafiori came on in the closing stages for his first minutes in an Arsenal shirt since March.

And the Italian defender could come into the side to give Myles Lewis-Skelly a rest after an intense period for the teenager.

Jorginho also made a return to the bench in midweek after picking up a lung injury, and could be in line for a recall to the starting XI.
