Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (Napoli)

 

Liverpool has admired Napoli and Georgia forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for some time, but he appears to be nearing a move to PSG. According to ESPN, the 23-year-old will move to Paris for a fee of just $67m (£55m/€65m), which seems a bargain for someone with such an impressive record. Kvaratskhelia will travel to France later this week to complete a medical and sign a contract.

Why Arsenal want to pay more for Zubimendi

As reported yesterday, Arsenal have reignited their interest in Martin Zubimendi and expect to sign the player in the summer.

Zubimendi has a €60m (£51million) release clause, which will need to be paid in full – much like the similar fee paid for Thomas Partey a few years ago.

 

However, The Athletic report that Arsenal will explore paying slightly more in total if Real Sociedad allow them to spread payments across years.
