Transfer news LIVE!

Arsenal are aiming to confirm three huge deals this week as the summer window steps up another gear. Talks over a £63million move for Viktor Gyokeres are nearing a conclusion as Sporting hold out for ‘realistic’ add-ons. Noni Madueke has undergone a medical before joining for £52m and Cristhian Mosquera has arrived to finalise his move. A bid for Eberechi Eze is now expected.

Liverpool have already spent upwards of £220m this summer and are willing to spend another £120m on Alexander Isak after lodging their interest with Newcastle, while telling the Magpies that they will take No1 striker target Hugo Ekitike out of their grasp if they fail to land the Sweden star. Real Madrid’s Rodrygo is also of interest to Liverpool and Arsenal.

Manchester United are struggling to cough up a fee for Bryan Mbeumo, amid links with Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson as the Blues ponder a move for Alejandro Garnacho, while Tottenham remain hopeful of signing Morgan Gibbs-White despite Nottingham Forest considering legal action. Newcastle and Brighton consider £50m-rated Antony

Manchester United reportedly want €58 million (£50m) for out-of-favour winger Antony, who is attracting interest from clubs including Newcastle and Brighton.

The Brazilian, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Real Betis but remains on United’s books, signed for the Red Devils for €95m (£82m) in 2022.

Both the Magpies and the Seagulls are said to be interested in his services, according to Brazilian news outlet UOL, with Bundesliga duo Bayern Leverkusen and RB Leipzig among his other potential suitors.

Bellingham out for three months after surgery

Jude Bellingham will be ruled out for three months after successfully undergoing surgery on a shoulder injury.

The Real Madrid midfielder dislocated his left shoulder back in November 2023 against Rayo Vallecano, and that ruled him out for four games.

However, he returned to the side and has played through the pain barrier with strapping over the injury ever since as he went on to lift the Champions League in 2024 and feature for England at the European Championships, where they were beaten by Spain in the final.

Bellingham is thought to be out until at least October, meaning he is due to miss seven league games in that time, including a Madrid derby against Atletico on September 28.

He is also set to be sidelined for England’s World Cup 2026 qualifiers against Andorra and Serbia in September. The Three Lions face Wales in a friendly on October 9.

Three Premier League sides eye Garnacho

Aston Villa are the latest Premier League club to express an interest in Manchester United outcast Alejandro Garnacho.

Unai Emery’s side are reportedly eyeing the 21-year-old winger, with Chelsea and Tottenham also understood to be among his potential suitors.

Garnacho has also been linked with Atletico Madrid, where he came up through the youth system before joining United in 2020, and was the subject of a rejected bid from Napoli in January.

But the Argentine is reportedly keen to stay in England’s top-flight as he seeks a move away from Old Trafford.

Romeu was then loaned back to Girona last season and featured in the club’s first-ever Champions League campaign.

He is now rumoured to be headed back to Manchester City’s La Liga sister club as a free agent, according to MARCA.
