Liverpool firesale to raise Isak fee
Liverpool are set to bring in around £65million for the sale of Luis Diaz, and have put three more players up for sale to fund a move for Alexander Isak.
Newcastle are desperate to keep hold of their star striker, but are ever-increasingly resigned to losing a player who has asked to leave.
Isak, arguably the best striker in the Premier League, is expected to cost a British record fee, with fees between £130-150m touted.
According to ESPN, Liverpool believe they can raise that sum by selling Harvey Elliott, Darwin Nunez and Federico Chiesa for around £100m.
Newcastle make Jackson contact
Newcastle have explored a potential move for Chelsea forward Nicolas Jackson.
The Magpies are on the hunt for a new striker, with speculation over Alexander Isak’s future and top target Hugo Ekitike joining Liverpool.
According to the i, Jackson is one of the players being considered.
However, while Chelsea are demanding around £80m for Jackson, Newcastle value him at closer to £65m
Arsenal handed Eze boost
There could be good news for Arsenal in their attempts to sign Eberechi Eze.
Journalist Sacha Tavolieri claims that Crystal Palace are lining up a move for Leicester star Bilal El Khannouss, seeing him as a replacement for Eze.
The Gunners are keen on bringing Eze to London, with the Eagles midfielder having a £68m release clause.
It’s claimed that Palace could face competition for El Khannouss, with RB Leipzig viewing him as an option should Xavi Simons join
Diaz to travel to Munich
Luis Diaz has left Liverpool’s pre-season tour of Asia to complete his move to Bayern Munich.
The winger will join the Bundesliga side for a fee that could rise to £65m, depending on add-ons.
It has been widely reported that Diaz said his goodbyes to the Liverpool squad and staff earlier today in Tokyo and is now travelling to Munich for a medical.
Newcastle make Ramsdale approach
Newcastle are pushing to sign Aaron Ramsdale.
The Magpies missed out on top target James Trafford and have now turned to Ramsdale, who played under Eddie Howe at Bournemouth.
The Athletic report that a loan offer with an option to buy has been made.

Granit Xhaka is expected to finalise his move to Sunderland.
The former Arsenal captain will leave Bayer Leverkusen, who have given Xhaka the green light to fly and complete a medical.
Fabrizio Romano reports that a fee of £17m has been agreed, with Xhaka set to sign a two-year contract.
Man United turn to Kolo Muani
Manchester United have joined the race to sign Randal Kolo Muani as they scramble to sign a striker.
United are in talks over a deal for RB Leipzig forward Benjamin Sesko but face competition from Newcastle, who are looking at replacements for Alexander Isak.
Ruben Amorim is in the market for a striker this summer and United have reportedly identified PSG forward Kolo Muani as an alternative option.
Amorim is looking to overhaul his attacking options ahead of next season and has already bought in Matheus Cunha and Bryan Mbeumo.
Kolo Muani is available with PSG keen to cash in on the 26-year-old, who spent the second half of last season on loan at Juventus.
The France international scored eight goals in 16 appearances for Juventus, and the Serie A side remained interested in taking him back to Turin.
Villa join race for Calvert-Lewin
Dominic Calvert-Lewin is still without a club after leaving Everton nearly a month ago.
That said, interest in the striker appears to be high.
Previously linked with a free transfer to Manchester United, fresh reports claim Aston Villa boss Unai Emery is considering a move for the 28-year-old.

Chelsea near Hato deal
Chelsea are closing in on a deal to sign Ajax defender Jorrel Hato, writes Sam Tabuteau.
The 19-year-old has already agreed on personal terms, with Chelsea expected to pay more than €40million (£34.8m) to take the Netherlands international to west London.
Hato, who has previously been linked with Arsenal and Liverpool, is a versatile defender who can play as both a left-back and a centre-back.
